Geocaching in December?
Yeah, you heard it right. I went geocaching this weekend. Why, asks you? Because it was National Cocoa Day! That’s right, about 40 or so geocachers gathered at Como Park to hang out, meet each other, and drink some hot chocolate. Christine and I both showed up (you can see us in the picture; my coat is red, Christine’s white). A good time was had by all.
We also tried to find a KB (King Boreas) cache that was nearby. Thirteen of us tried, but to no avail. It must have been missing. Luckily, KB was at the event (he organized it) and supplied to replacement cache. Score!
Greg and Erica had their annual Christmas party at his (new) house this year. Good times, even though I got skool’d at Apples to Apples. But I got rid of my baby jade plant that had been growing in a cup the past few months.
Also, the big Costco adventure was Saturday. Total bill for Dave, Christine, and I, ~$400. But man, were they good deals. Most exciting item, pizza, again.
Scott, love you so much, but really? A Geocaching event? Umm… geek. Kidding!

YES! Somebody else has learned to comment on my new blog. Thanks De!
Oh, and geocaching events. You need to try it before you knock it. Seriously, however, you should come with me some day this spring when it’s nice out. You could really enjoy it!
